Information for teachers from the school nurse – The Health Office hours are from 8:15 am to 2:45 pm Monday through Friday. All students must have a completed referral slip. Please do not contact parents for students. Calling parents of sick students is the sole responsibility of the school nurse. The school nurse will make the determination if a student is to go home.
