Growing Healthy

Growing Healthy is an afterschool club where students will be responsible for caring for the school garden and fruit orchard, lean to cook healthy foods, and carry out special projects related to healthy food at Muir and in the community. Past projects have included a whole grain cookie sale on campus, surveys to find where healthy foods can be purchased in the community, and editing a short film on the program.

Meets every Wednesday from 3–5 pm at the school garden, just east of the bungalows.
